So following on from “What do you do in the summer?”, when I can’t Telemark in the summer and my fingers have started to bleed from my 6 string I need a tele-fix!
Roller-Blading was a good one for a while on deserted roads and car parks. Running downhill on long walks keeps the leg muscles in shape. You just have to take you chance when you can! (yellow pic)
The best one recently has to be Slack-Lining, great for those balancing skills and good fun to boot. Give it a go!
